Abstract

       Applying Buddhist principles to sustainable human resource development is It is the use of the teachings of the Lord Buddha as a basis for thinking and having knowledge and expertise in performing work. There is growth in behavior, mind, and wisdom, which can integrate the principles of Buddhism according to the Threefold Principles, which consists of precepts, concentration, and wisdom, so that personnel are prepared with excellent bodies and minds. Able to keep up with changes of the world and can lead the organization to compete equally on the world stage and apply the principles of Mahasatipatthana To consider and be aware of state of reality Make personnel in the organization emotionally stable. Perform duties efficiently and completely Can enable those who have already completed the training to apply the knowledge immediately.
