A STUDY OF QUALITY CULTURE OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE PHITSANULOK PROVINCIAV VOCATIONAL EDUCATION OFFICE

This research aims to investigate the quality culture of educational institutions under the authority of the Phitsanulok Provincial Vocational Education Office. The sample for the study was selected using a stratified random sampling method based on the proportions of educational institution directors and teachers in each educational institution under the jurisdiction of the Vocational Education Office, Phitsanulok Province. The total sample consisted of 210 individuals, including 21 educational institution administrators chosen from the entire administrative population and 189 teachers selected through stratified random sampling. The research employed a questionnaire with a 5-level rating scale, comprising 34 items. Statistical analysis involved calculating mean and standard deviation.
The findings revealed that the overall quality culture of educational institutions under the jurisdiction of Phitsanulok Provincial Vocational Education Office is at a high level, with an average score of 4.41. Examining specific dimensions, the aspect with the highest rating is the emphasis on giving importance to students, scoring an average of 4.47 , followed by decentralization with an average score of 4.46. Conversely, teamwork was identified as the aspect with the lowest rating, receiving an average score of 4.34. The study suggests the need to promote teamwork within educational institutions to enhance collaboration. Educational institution administrators should collaboratively set goals with teachers and personnel, work cohesively, engage in collective decision-making, coordinate efforts, foster camaraderie among colleagues, and remain dedicated to achieving shared success with a focus on quality.
