Author Guidelines



Manuscript Submission Guidelines for Publication

Research papers considered for publication must be written in Thai or English and formatted on A4-sized white paper, printed single-sided using TH SarabunPSK font, size 14 pt. The total length of the manuscript, including tables, charts, and references, must not exceed 15 pages. References should be formatted in accordance with the APA (American Psychological Association) style.

Manuscripts must be submitted via the online system at:

Additionally, authors must email the original manuscript files in both .pdf and .doc formats along with the submission application form to:

For graduate students, a plagiarism check report and an approval form from the thesis advisor must be attached.

Requirements for Manuscripts

  1. Title: The title should be concise, clear, and relevant to the research content (in both Thai and English).

  2. Author Information: Include the full name, highest academic degree, academic position (if applicable), affiliation, workplace, mailing address, and contact phone number (in both Thai and English).

  3. The manuscript must not have been previously published or currently under consideration for publication in any other academic journal.

  4. Authors must verify the originality of their work and ensure no plagiarism before submission. Plagiarism checks can be conducted via:

    The plagiarism check report must be submitted along with the manuscript.

  5. Authors must revise their manuscripts according to the comments from the editorial board and three expert reviewers throughout the peer review process.

  6. The editorial board reserves the right to publish accepted manuscripts on the official website of The Journal of Educational Research, Faculty of Education, Srinakharinwirot University.

  7. Publication Fee:
    Authors are required to pay a processing fee of 3,500 THB per manuscript. This fee is non-refundable, even if the manuscript is rejected. The fee is used to compensate peer reviewers.

  8. Once the submission process is completed, the editorial board will issue a publication acceptance letter and a receipt for the processing fee.

  9. If an author fails to comply with the journal’s submission process, the editorial board reserves the right to cancel the publication, and the processing fee will not be refunded.

Manuscript Formatting Guidelines

The formatting of research articles in The Journal of Educational Research, Faculty of Education, Srinakharinwirot University is adapted from the research article format of Srinakharinwirot University and the Office of the National Education Commission (ONEC), Thailand. The article should include the following components:

Introduction Section

  1. Title (Concise, clear, and relevant; in both Thai and English)
  2. Author(s) Information (Full name, email address in both Thai and English)
  3. Advisor(s) Information (Full name, highest academic degree, academic position (if applicable), affiliation, and mailing address in both Thai and English.)
  4. Abstract (Both Thai and English, not exceeding 300 words. It should summarize the research objectives, key findings, and conclusion.)
  5. Keywords (Both Thai and English)

Main Content of the Research Article

  1. Introduction (Background of the study and research objectives)
  2. Research Objectives
  3. Research Framework
  4. Research Hypothesis (if applicable)
  5. Research Methodology
  • Population and Sample/Target Group/Case Study (Include details on selection and sampling methods.)
  • Variables Studied
  • Data Collection Methods
  • Research Instruments (Provide details on data reliability and validity.)
  • Data Analysis
  1. Research Findings (Summarized key findings in concise bullet points or paragraphs.)
  2. Discussion
  3. Recommendations
  • General Recommendations
  • Suggestions for Future Research
  1. Acknowledgments (if applicable)
  2. References (APA Style)
