Abstract

This research aimed to compare the discipline of 3rd-year kindergarten students at Khlong Bang Kasee School before and after participating in creative art activities organized using communication boards. The population for this study consisted of male and female students aged 5 – 6 years, enrolled in 3rd-year kindergarten during the first semester of the 2023 academic year at Khlong Bang Kasee School, Bang Pla Subdistrict, Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province, under the jurisdiction of the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The study involved one classroom with a total of 27 students. The research instruments included a set of creative art activity plans incorporating the use of communication boards and an observation form for assessing student discipline. The research findings revealed that before the intervention, the students’ average discipline score was 14.40. After the intervention, the average score increased to 32.96. The difference in the mean scores before and after the intervention was statistically significant at the .01 level, supporting the hypothesis that, after the intervention, the students' average discipline scores improved.
