Abstract

This independent study aimed to: 1) examine the level of implementation of drug immunization and prevention measures in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Lopburi, and 2) compare the level of implementation based on work experience and school size. The sample group consisted of 291 school administrators and teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Lopburi, in the 2024 academic year. The participants were selected using stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with an index of item-objective congruence ranging from 0.80 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.967. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Fisher’s Least Significant Difference (LSD) test. The research findings revealed that: 1) the overall level of implementation of drug immunization and prevention measures in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Lopburi, was at a high level, and 2) there were no statistically significant differences in the level of implementation when classified by work experience and school size.
