Guidelines for Managing the Exhibition Room in the Art and Culture Center Building, Sisaket Rajabhat University, as a Learning Tourist Attraction

This research aimed to study the management guidelines for the exhibition room in the Art and Culture Center building, Sisaket Rajabhat University to be a learning tourism destination by 1) studying the management model of the exhibition room in the Art and Culture Center building, Sisaket Rajabhat University at present, 2) studying the appropriate activities for participating in the exhibition in the Art and Culture Center building, Sisaket Rajabhat University, and 3) proposing the problem-solving guidelines and management models of the exhibition room in the Art and Culture Center building, Sisaket Rajabhat University to be a sustainable learning tourism destination. This research is a mixed-method research, which consists of qualitative and quantitative research from documents, interviews, and field data. The quantitative questionnaire was used with the population and samples, namely, building supervisors, housekeepers, students of the Social Studies Program, Faculty of Education and Human Development, Sisaket Rajabhat University, and tourists who came to learn and visit the exhibition. In-depth interviews were also used with the exhibition room caretakers and related persons, using simple quantitative sampling and content analysis according to the specified objectives. The research results found that the exhibition room in the Art and Culture
Center building, Sisaket Rajabhat University, consists of resources that provide knowledge in history, culture, and folklore. However, if looking at the function of the exhibition room for learning in the form of tourism, the exhibition room in the Art and Culture Center building, Sisaket Rajabhat University, still has shortcomings in terms of display, knowledge provision, safety, and service. The main components in managing this learning resource as a learning tourism site have 3 important factors: personnel, budget, and management policy of this learning resource
