Abstract

This research aims to examine the current and desired situations, key developmental factors, and leadership development guidelines for school administrators in implementing the student care system at the Mae Tam Tad Kwan Education Center. The samples employed in this study were 59 administrations. The research instruments employed for collecting data in this study included questionnaires, data analysis (averages and standard deviations), a needs and necessities index, interview forms, and key content analysis based on the issue. The gathered information is then used in group discussions to explore leadership development guidelines for school administrators in implementing the student care system at the Mae Tam Tad Kwan Education Center. The study indicated that the overall current situation is at a high level (µ = 3.93). When analyzed individually, the prevention and problem-solving stage exhibited the highest average, which is at a high level (µ = 4.02). Similarly, the overall desired condition is also at a high level (µ = 4.36). When considered individually, the prevention and problem-solving stage again revealed the highest average, which is at a high level (µ = 4.42). The primary facilitating factors were personnel and technology, whereas the impediments included financial constraints and environmental challenges. Guidelines for school administrators within the Mae Tam Tad Kwan Education Network emphasized the necessity for flexibility in modifying and applying procedures to address specific situations. Administrators should support teachers in educating parents about student issues by systematically clarifying problem. Additionally, diverse strategies should be developed to foster parental comprehension of the challenges faced by students.
