This article explores the influence of public policy on the development of grassroots economies in rural areas and local communities, which plays a significant role in enhancing economic stability at the local level. Grassroots economic development is often related to economic activities that rely on local resources and potentials, such as agriculture, local trade, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Effective public policies can have a positive impact on promoting economic growth, wealth distribution, and reducing economic disparities. Investments in infrastructure, career development, education, and access to basic services help improve the quality of life of the population. Furthermore, the creation of cooperative networks between the government and private sectors in the community development process contributes to the sustainability of grassroots economic development.
