Abstract

Migration is a process that has significant impacts on the social and economic structures of both the country and the destination cities. This study focuses on the effects of migration on the transformation of social and economic structures, particularly in terms of the increase in labor in industries and services, which can stimulate economic growth. However, it also leads to issues such as overcrowding, housing shortages, and social inequality. These impacts require proper management to ensure that migration moves in a sustainable direction and contributes to the balance of both social and economic development.
