PARENTS’S SATISFACTION OF NOVICE STUDENTS AND STUDENT TOWARDS EDUCATION MANAGEMENT OF PHRAPARIYATTIDHAMMA SCHOOL, GENERAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT: A CASE STUDY OF WAT YUANWITTAYA SCHOOL, YUAN SUB-DISTRICT, YUAN DISTRICT, PHAYAO PROVINCE

Abstract
The purposes of this independent study were to study the parent’s satisfaction of novice students and student towards education management of Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Department: a case study of Wat Yuanwittaya School, Yuan Sub-District, Yuan District, Phayao Province. Data were collected from 160 samples from the parent’s satisfaction of novice students and student. The tools for studying was the questionnaires and analysis by using the descriptive statistics: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test and F-test.
The results showed that;
1. The parent’s satisfaction of novice students and student towards education management of Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Department: a case study of Wat Yuanwittaya School, Yuan Sub-District, Yuan District, Phayao Province in overall and each section were at high level from heist to lowest as follow library management, teaching techniques and methods, curriculum management and teaching quality.
2. The suggestion towards education management of Wat Yuanwittaya School, teachers should teach ASEAN languages such as Loas language, Burmese language, Khmer language for communication in ASEAN country, develop themselves continuously such as using new education technology for teaching, teach novice students to analyze thinking, critical thinking, synthetic thinking, creative thinking and problem solving and acquisition various learning resources according to school curriculum and student needs.
3. The Hypothesis testing was found that parent’s satisfaction of novice students and student towards education management of Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Department: a case study of Wat Yuanwittaya School, Yuan Sub-District, Yuan District, Phayao Province on library management, teaching techniques and methods, curriculum management and teaching quality of parents satisfaction’s of novice students level toward education management of Wat Yuanwittaya School were difference statistically significant at .05
