DEVELOPMENT OF AN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-DRIVEN SMART PRIVATE SCHOOL MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR ENHANCING EDUCATIONAL QUALITY AT PHET SUWAN WITESAS SCHOOL

Abstract

      This research, entitled “Smart Private School Administration Using Artificial Intelligence to Enhance Educational Quality,” aimed to: 1) examine the components of smart private school administration using artificial intelligence; 2) develop a model for smart private school administration using artificial intelligence; and 3) propose guidelines for implementing the model in educational administration. A mixed-methods research approach was employed through a review of relevant documents, concepts, theories, and research studies, together with data collection from school administrators and educational personnel and interviews with experts. The data were analyzed and synthesized to develop a smart school administration model.
      The findings revealed that smart private school administration using artificial intelligence consisted of seven components: 1) digital leadership and vision; 2) smart academic administration; 3) smart personnel administration; 4) smart budget and resource administration; 5) data management and AI-assisted decision-making; 6) smart general administration and services; and 7) governance, ethics, and digital security. The model was driven by the SMART-AI process: S: Scan the context, M: Measure and set performance indicators, A: Analyze data using AI, R: Respond through administrative actions, and T: Transform through continuous improvement.
      The new body of knowledge was the SMART-AI Model, based on the principle “Humans govern, AI supports; data guide decisions; and governance guides technology use.” The model enhances administrative efficiency, develops the digital competencies of teachers and personnel, improves learning management and student support, and contributes to effective and sustainable improvement in educational quality.
