DEVELOPING ACTIVE LEARNING MANAGEMENT THROUGH VIRTUAL CLASSROOMS INTEGRATED WITH AI FOR GRADE 6 STUDENTS AT WAT DUANG KHAEW SCHOOL, BANGKOK.

This research aimed to: (1) develop an active learning management model through virtual classrooms integrated with AI for Grade 6 students at Wat Duang Khaew School, Bangkok; (2) compare students' academic achievement before and after using the developed model; and (3) examine students' satisfaction toward the model. The study employed a Quasi-Experimental Research design using a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample consisted of 26 Grade 6/2 students at Wat Duang Khaew School, under the Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office, in the first semester of academic year 2023, selected by purposive sampling. Research instruments included eight lesson plans based on the VIRAL Model, a 30-item four-choice achievement test (KR-20 = 0.87), and a 20-item five-rating-scale satisfaction questionnaire (reliability = 0.91). Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and paired-samples t-test.
Results revealed that: (1) the developed model was rated at the highest level of appropriateness (x̄ = 4.68, S.D. = 0.41); (2) post-test scores were significantly higher than pre-test scores at the .05 level (t = 14.32, df = 25, p < .001); and (3) students' overall satisfaction was at the highest level (x̄ = 4.61, S.D. = 0.44).
