Research on designing a warehouse storage plan to increase management efficiency: A case study of Kittichet S.P.R. Partnership. Objective (1) To analyze the causes and problems that occur within the warehouse. (2) To reduce the time and increase efficiency in delivery as well as space management in the warehouse. From the discovery of point (1) Researchers have applied the fishbone analysis tool to solve this problem. It was found that problems in warehouses were caused by people, work procedures and faulty work tools. And from the objective no. (2) To reduce lead times and increase efficiency in delivery as well as in managing space within the warehouse. The researcher used inventory management concepts including visual control and ABC analysis to categorize the products. The researchers divided the products into 5 groups using the concept of Fast/Slow/Non Moving Analysis. The research results found that when the warehouse is organized in a new way, it can reduce the searching time and picking time by 45.16 percent. From the original picking time of 6.33 minutes/time, it takes 3.46 minutes/time, resulting in better work efficiency.
