Adoption of technology that affects the efficiency of work at home (Work From Home) in the epidemic situation of Corona 2019 (Covid-19) Signal Department Royal Thai Army

Abstract

            The purposes of this research were (1) to study the technology acceptance of government officials of the Communications Department. Bangkok. (2) to study the efficiency of work from home (Work From Home) of civil servants of the Military Communications Department. Bangkok and (3) to study the influence of technology acceptance. that affects the efficiency of work from home (Work From Home) in the situation of the spread of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) among civil servants of the Signal Department Royal Thai Army. The sample group used in this study was civil servants of the Military Communications Department. Type of non-commissioned officers, 367 people by using random random sampling. It is a random sampling by separating the population from a large population into subpopulations and using probabilistic random sampling with a simple random method Collect data from electronic questionnaires. The research tool was a questionnaire. The reliability of the whole issue was 0.96. Statistics used in data analysis 1) Descriptive statistics, including frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation 2) Inferential statistics hypothesis test with multiple regression analysis method. The results of the study showed that the factor of technology acceptance Affecting the efficiency of work from home (Work From Home) in the situation of the spread of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) among civil servants of the Communications Department.
