Leaders with ethics and corporate social responsibility are agents who create and promote values that emphasize acting honestly and creating value not only for the business itself. But it is also important to society as a whole. They are leaders who focus on conducting business with transparency and honesty. Focus on conducting business that does not fall under the law and that is ethical. Ready to be a driving force in creating fairness and equality in management within the organization, such as supporting activities that benefit the community, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, or policies that promote gender equality and social justice. Leaders with this style have a positive impact on employee confidence. perception from society Including in the rapidly changing digital age. Creating a corporate culture that emphasizes social responsibility is an important aspect that promotes sustainability and sustainable growth of the company.
