Reducing the amount of time used in the Shipping & Export Department to prepare Packing Detail documents in line with the principle of (ECRS): A Case study Panasonic Company Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Khon Kaen Branch.

Abstract

The research has a purpose. to investigate the document preparation process To reduce the amount of time required to prepare Packing Detail paperwork, the Shipping & Export Department also provides work study tools, flow charts, flow process charts, average time studies, lean thinking, and activity classification with analysis. Value and the seven principles of waste, then assess the problem's causes, produce solutions, and come up with suggestions using a fishbone diagram. The study's conclusions show that the Shipping & Export Department required 13 steps and 377.49 minutes to compile the documentation for the packing details. Activities could be categorized using value analysis. Activities that add value Value-Added Activity (VA) Six activities nothing that isn't useful was found in November. Required but non-value-adding activities and value-added activities (NVAs) Necessary but No Value Added Activity (NNVA) In seven exercises, students learned how to create ideas and come up with solutions by using a fishbone diagram to investigate the problem's genesis. S (Simplify), which derives from the ECRS ideas, makes it simpler. Together, we can improve the workflow. It took 377.49 minutes before the renovation. After the renovation, 368.49 minutes were needed. The time can be reduced by two percent, or nine minutes.
