THE STUDY OF ACHIEVEMENT IN THE READING AND WRITING ON HOMOPHONES BY USING EXERCISES OF PRATHOM SUKSA 3 STUDENTS, BAN SOP WAK SCHOOL

The objectives of this research were: 1) to practice reading and writing about homophones for Prathom Suksa 3 students at Ban Sop Wak School, Mae Chaem District, Chiang Mai Province, 2) to compare the results before and after studying. The sample used in this research were 11 students of Prathom suksa 3, Ban Sop Wak School, Mae Chaem District, Chiang Mai Province and derived from purposive sampling. The tools used in this research consisted of 1) a learning management plan on Homophones 2) an achievement test 3) the 8 Reading and writing exercises.
The results of this research found that: the mean score of the pre-test results was 14.80, the standard deviation (S.D.) was 0.90, and the mean score of the post-test was 18.39, the standard deviation (S.D.) was 0.85 and the efficiency of the created synonyms reading and writing exercise was 81.13 or 82.22
