A Guideline for Dual Education Management of Rajaprajanugroh 24 School, Phayao Province

This research article aimed to: 1) study the management of dual education at Rajaprachanukroh School 24, Phayao Province, 2) find guidelines for the management of dual education at Rajaprachanukroh School 24, Phayao Province. This research is a qualitative research. It studies the basic systems theory of Lunenberg and Ornstein. The main informants are the school director, the deputy director, the teacher in charge of the curriculum, the teacher in charge of assessment, the teacher in charge of dual education students, and the people involved in dual education, totaling 20 people, by purposive selection. The research instruments used are semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions. The instruments were checked for content validity. The data were analyzed using content analysis.
The research found that:
1) The management of dual education at Rajaprachanukroh School 24, Phayao Province, found that there were many problems and obstacles in dual education management, such as the increase in the number of students in the dual education program, which may affect resource management, resulting in a shortage of teaching equipment and personnel, a lack of modern specialized equipment for vocational teaching, and an insufficient number of personnel to meet the needs of teaching and learning. and lack of clarity in dual education management
2) Guidelines for dual education management at Rajaprachanukroh School 24, Phayao Province, found that there should be close coordination with all relevant parties in order for the dual education management to proceed smoothly and respond to the needs of students and the labor market. Guidelines for dual education management should focus on careful planning, continuous evaluation and improvement, and the use of technology in management in order for operations to proceed efficiently and be able to respond to the needs of all relevant parties completely.
