บทบาทของชุมชนในการสร้างทุนทางสังคมเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน

บทความฉบับนี้มุ่งวิเคราะห์บทบาทของชุมชนในการสร้างทุนทางสังคมเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน โดยอธิบายแนวคิดพื้นฐานของทุนทางสังคมในมิติต่าง ๆ อาทิ ความไว้วางใจ เครือข่ายความสัมพันธ์ และบรรทัดฐานทางสังคม ตลอดจนการเชื่อมโยงแนวคิดดังกล่าวกับการพัฒนาในระดับฐานรากอย่างยั่งยืน ชุมชนถูกมองว่าเป็นหน่วยพื้นฐานที่มีศักยภาพในการหล่อเลี้ยงความร่วมมือ ความสามัคคี และการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนผ่านกลไกของพลังชุมชนและการพัฒนาแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยบทความได้วิเคราะห์ทั้งปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนและอุปสรรคที่ส่งผลต่อการสร้างทุนทางสังคม พร้อมทั้งเสนอแนวทางในการส่งเสริมบทบาทของชุมชนให้เป็นพลังขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาในระยะยาวอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
