Abstract

The purpose of this article is to show the knowledge which will be a guideline to develop the potential and characteristics of teachers who emphasizes the moral and ethical principles of Buddhism. This thing is a importance of teacher who emphasizes the role and duty about the Buddhist ethics for protecting the problem of dnfy and conscious of teacher. It also helps values enhancement of teacher in new era that will have to change life style along with the role of social dimention correctly and suitably. The interesting issue is the application of Buddhist principles in Buddhism as a guideline for recognizing and creating values ​​of being a teacher to be clear and responsive to teaching in the 21^st century and to be a good role model of students, confident building, respect and is the model of the nation pridefully.
