Abstract
Educational management of private higher education institutions is a public service management as shown in the Act Private Higher Education Institutions, 2003, Amendment of the Additional Issue (No. 2) BE 2550, which is consistent with the National Education Act BE 2542, amended (No.2) BE 2555 and the Constitution The Kingdom of Thailand, BE 2560, is an analysis of legal problems for improvement and is a development of laws that are relevant to higher education institutions of private higher education institutions. Which is to raise the quality of education in order to be consistent and it is in accordance with international principles.
