RISK FACTOR AFFECTED TEACHING AND LEARNING’S MANAGEMENT IN MAHACHULALONGKORNRAJAVIDYALAYA UNIVERSITY, PHRAE CAMPUS

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the risk factors affectived to teaching and learning management and 2) to study the guidelines of risk management in teaching and learning management. This research was a survey and qualitative research. It used guestionnirs from a sample group who was the curriculum instructor of 24 Instructors about the curriculum management, qualifications of curriculum instructor, knowledge of curriculum instructor, supporting factors of teaching and learning, teaching and learning management and external factors. The Statistics in this research were the average and standard deviation and interviewed 6 adninistrators about the guidelines in risks management in teaching and. The data analysis were used descriptive

The results were as followed;

1. The risk factors affected to teaching and learning management in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Phrae Campus were found that most of risk factors was average at medium level by descending include knowledge of curriculum instructor, curriculum management, qualifications of curriculum instructor, teaching and learning management and supporting factors of teaching and learning. Except on external factors, which were risk factors that affected for teaching and learning management were at high level that came from the environment within the university, family influence, family well-being, social changes and economic, political conditions in the country affected to teaching and learning.

2. The guidelines at risks management in teaching and learning were found that they should make mutual understanding with university personnel, appoint the Risk Management Committee in various areas related to teaching and learning, a risk plan together in university, study of failures, damage, risk events Identify risks to be assessed and reflect risk factors, realize the important risk that could be negative effect cover all of risk that have a cause from Internal and external factors. Finally, taking the risk policy into implement by cooperation of all parts.
