PEOPLE’S PARTICIPATION TOWARDS OPERATING EFFICIENCY OF MUANG KHAM SUB DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, PHAN DISTRICT, CHIANG RAI PROVINCE

Abstract
The purposes of this researchs were 1) to study the effective factors of people’s participation toward operating efficiency of Muang Kham Sub District Administrative Organization, Phan District, Chiang Rai Province and 2) to study guidelines for people’s participation toward operating efficiency of Muang Kham Sub District Administrative Organization, Phan District, Chiang Rai Province. Data were collected from 400 samples through the questionnaires and analysis by using statistics: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, and F-test.
The results showed that: 1) The effective factors of people’s participationtowards operating efficiency of Muang Kham Sub District Administrative Organization, Phan District, Chiang Rai Province in overall were at moderately level; 2) The personal factors consist of education, status quo, occupation, income and were found that had an effect on people’s participation toward operating efficiency of Muang Kham Sub District Administrative Organization were significantly different at the 0.000 level. Besides, the factors of people’s participation toward operating efficiency of Muang Kham Sub District Administrative Organization were significantly different at the 0.000 level; 3) Guidelines for people’s participation towards operating efficiency was the organization should create the activities for opening the people’s participation and the community development benefits.
