B4LAO TRAINING CENTER PARTICIPATION STRATEGIES, SAVANNAKHET PROVINCE, LAO PEOPLE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current condition and overall problems of the training centers, 2) to establish a strategy of participation of the training centers, and 3) to assess the participation strategies of B4Lao Training Center, Savannakhet Province Lao People's Democratic Republic The research and development process is 3 phases, Phase 1 studies current conditions and problems, Phase 2 creates participation strategies, and Phase 3 assesses participation strategies. The sample group consisted of 1) teachers and staff of B4Lao Training Center 15 people 2) Funder representatives and partners 6 people 3) Experts 3 people 4) Vocational employees 2 people 5) Student representatives, alumni and current 8 people; the total number of people was 34. The instrument used for data collection was a structured interview form. Group discussion, SWOT Analysis, participatory workshop and a form to assess the usefulness of the strategy Data analysis includes Content Analysis, mean and standard deviation.

Research results

1. Current conditions and overall problems of the participation strategy of B4Lao training center, Savannakhet Province Lao People's Democratic Republic found that 1.1. The current condition consists of 4 aspects, namely MAN, lack of efficiency in working. On the budget side, there is a limited budget. material and equipment Modern equipment is used. and administrative management lack of systematic operation 1.2. The overall problem consists of 4 aspects, namely MAN, lack of knowledge of personnel. Budgeting skills, limited use of budget and inefficiency.
