HOW TO USE TEACHING MEDIA BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF ASSURE MODEL TO TEACH STUDENTS

Abstract
The teaching and learning management on are ASSURE Model, the instructors and tools uses teaching are all important components in achieving the ultimate goal. The role that will contribute to the learning management process as well as the teachers using the potential of the teaching process to be most effective, requires the use of media in order for the learners to have the most effective learning, especially in the teaching and learning of the media is the part that will lead to learning and knowledge, understanding and application as well. The ASSURE Model is as follows: 1) Analysis of learners' characteristics 2) Identification of objectives, 3) Choosing teaching materials, 4) Using teaching media, 5) Providing students to react and 6. Evaluation in modern teaching and learn process management. The instructor must have a teaching and learning in order to get good results and quality. The teaching and learning management is important for education at all levels of educational institution.
