Abstract
World society is in the digital age. For-profit capitalism is competitive in both management and development using new technologies innovation. and strategic management to be applied to achieve the objectives and organization goals Originally, a Buddhist organization focused on management by applying the seven principles of Sappurisdharma VII in administration, including Buddhist management, believed to be a branch or one of the majors in the field of management (Management). It was knowledge management between sciences to integrate all together, that is, to bring together the management science and Buddhist science to be harmoniously integrated in order to be consistent with Thai society in the Thailand 4.0. It is a vision on government policy to drive Thailand with technology and innovation successfully of secure, wealth and stable in the future by taking the principle of learning organization management to apply with model and link methods with technology and innovation for Buddhist Organization Management newly with lifestyle of Thailand 4.0 era.
