Abstract
Nursing is considered to be a science of looking after people health both well-being persons and sick persons by considering generosity and service minded. The management of nursing not only provides students to have academic knowledge and skill but also provides students to have virtue and morality. The administrators have to express the Buddhist leadership considering both virtue and morality. Also, they should apply the moral principle in educational administration as well as be the role model of good nursing and living. It can help the administrators of nursing college built faith and belief to the controlees such as nursing students and the officers of nursing college. Moreover, it can enlighten them to have a good nursing, morality, and service minded, and bring happiness into organization.
