Abstract
The objectives this research were 1) to study the basic data of Watjomkhourn community, 2) to develop learning process of elderly to teacher wisdom on local culture of Watjomkhourn community, 3) to study the result of activity development learning process of elderly to teacher wisdom on local culture of Watjomkhourn community and 4) to study the affecting both direction and indirection of learning process of elderly to teacher widom on local culture of Watjomkhourn community. It was found that learning process of elderly to teacher wisdom on local culture of Watjomkhourn community can develop elderly to good characteristic. It was at good revel 82.31 percentage which was higher the conscription at 80.
