Abstract
The objectives theses research were 1) to assess the satisfactory of personal on supporting the research and 2) to be the way in service on the mission of research. The sampling groups were personal about 84 persons by purposive selection. The statistics were used percentage, means, and standard deviation and calculating by computer. It was found that satisfactory of personal on supporting the research as identity of Mahachularongkorrajvidlayala University, Phrae Campus in overall were at much level.
