An Application of Iddhipada IV in Personal Implementation of Hospital Nongmoungkhai, Phrae Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were ๑) to study an application of the four iddhipada principle for performance of personal Nongmaugkhai hospital, Phrae province, ๒) to compare the application of the four iddhipada principle for performance of personal Nongmaugkhai hospital, Phrae province, classifield by the position of Chief executive and officer and ๓)to study          the guidelines and suggestion application of the four iddhipada principle for performance of personal Nongmaugkhai hospital, Phrae province This research is conducted the survey research. It has been not only quantitative research, but also quantitative research. The populations in this study of personal Nongmaugkhai hospital, Phrae province were ๑๑๐. The tools of this research for data collection were the questionnaire regarding the performance of personal Nongmaugkhai hospital and analyzed the interview from ๑๓ of chief executives of personal Nongmaugkhai hospital.

The statistics were used by frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation (S.D) and t-test and analyzed interview chief executive personal Nongmaugkhai hospital.

The finding of this research are concluded as follows It was found that application of the four iddhipada principle for performance of personal Nongmaugkhai hospital in veal was at much high level (͞x=๓.๗๙). The classifying considered by each aspect, it was also rated much level at all aspects average from the most level to the least level Citta: thoughtfulness : (͞x=๓.๙๓), Vimamsa: investigation: (͞x=๓.๘๕), Chanda aspiration: (͞x=๓.๗๕) and Viriya effort: (͞x=๓.๖๓)

Any difference was not found in comparing the four iddhipada principle applied by personal Nongmaugkhai hospital, Phrae Province to their work performance, classified by position. Hypothesis was denied thereby.

For the way and the suggestion to apply the four iddhipada principle for performance of personal Nongmaugkhai hospital, Phrae province, it was found that the personal of Nangmaugkhai  hospital, Phrae Province should use the four iddhipada principle as the main practice for work performance, life style and adapt it with their job suitability and habit  of work performance was created the benefit the satisfied of their performance and organization. Furthermore, it also would build up the efficiency in the personal development and work performance.
