THE INSTRUCTIONAL ENRICHMENT CURRICULUM BASED ON CREATIVITY - BASED EMPHASIZING ON THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY BY TEACHERS TO PROMOTE INNOVATOR ABILITY AND LEARNING HAPPINESS FOR STUDENTS

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to develop and find the quality of the development of instructional enrichment curriculum based on creativity - based emphasizing on the use of technology by teachers to promote innovator ability and learning happiness for students. Research methods are research and development. The target groups were experts, administrators, Teacher at Kowitthamrong Chiang Mai School, totaling 22 people. Research tools were 1) document analysis form 2) interview form 3) focus group topics 4) assessment form. Statistics used in the research were: Percentage, mean, standard deviation and analyze the content.
The results showed that the curriculum had 8 components, namely 1) Principles 2) Objectives 3) Structure: consisting of 4 learning units; Unit 1 Creativity based learning Unit 2 The using of technology Unit 3 Learning management design Unit 4 Application and learning management 4) Study time 5) Learning content 6) Learning activities: training for teachers according to the structure 7) learning management media and 8) measurement and evaluation, and the quality was at a high level (M = 4.16, SD = 0.60).
