Abstract

          This academic article. It is part of the study according to the Doctor of Education program in Social Studies. The objective of this study was to study the development of a teaching system based on Buddhist concepts to promote good citizenship, by studying the body of knowledge about the concepts, theories, development of teaching systems, Buddhist teaching methods. The author has referred to the concept of research and development of educational innovation in 6 steps to apply as a guideline for the development of a modern teaching system integrated with the concepts of Buddhist principles to create a body of knowledge in development of effective teaching and learning activities that make students aware of self-development towards good citizenship.
