THE APPLICATION OF SUFFICIENCY ECONOMY PHILOSOPHY TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF QUALITY OF LIFE OF PEOPLE IN PABON DISTRICT PHATTHALUNG PROVINCE

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to: 1) To study the application of sufficiency economy philosophy to improve the quality of life of the people in Pabon District. Phatthalung Province, and 2) To study ways to promote the application of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy to improve the quality of life of the people in Pabon District. Phatthalung Province. The sample used Including people in Pabon District Phatthalung Province By using the random sampling method from Taro Yamane's formula, there were 396 samples from a total of 47,777 people and the qualitative ones were 5 political science academics, experts and community philosophers. It is an integrated research study. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and analyzed the quality data by descriptive methods.

          The study results revealed that :

          1. The application of the sufficiency economy philosophy to the quality of life development of the people in Pabon District. Phatthalung Province Overall, it was at a high level ( = 4.21, S.D. = 0.63). When considering each side by ordering the average from the most to the least, it was found that rationality have the highest average ( = 4.24, S.D. = 0.65) followed by the aspect of moderation were average ( = 4.21, S.D. = 0.62), and the terms of knowledge were average ( = 4.21, S.D. = 0.62) and the moral conditions had the lowest averages. ( = 4.17, S.D. = 0.63) respectively

          2. Recommendations for promoting the application of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy to improve the quality of life of the people in Pa Bon District Phatthalung Province is 1. Modesty You shouldn't overload your debt. Should group together to do organic farming Products that are safe for consumers and environment, low cost. 2. Reasonableness Wisdom and reason should be used to reflect on the cause and solve various problems with ability. 3. The aspect of having good immunity. You should save money as an emergency fund and as collateral. in the future when we are sick or required 4. terms of knowledge Find reasons and mistakes and fix them with wisdom, wisdom and prudence. 5. Moral conditions. They should be honest in their lives, both to themselves and to others.
