THE STUDY OF ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION IN LEARNER DEVELOPMENT/ EDUCATIONAL STANDARD OF KAENOISUKSA SCHOOL CHIANGDAO CHIANGMAI

Abstract

          The purpose of this research was to study the current state of academic management in order to develop learners according to the educational standards framework , basic education level and to look for ways to improve educational management and academic work in order to develop learners in accordance with the educational standard framework. Basic education level of the school Kaenoi Suksa School, Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai Province. The population used in the research was school administrators. Teachers and personnel, students, parents, and basic education committees. There were 180 people in total. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire and the data were analyzed using a packaged program to analyze frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

          The results of the study revealed that the current state of education management and academic work for the development of learners according to the framework of educational standards, Basic education level of Kaenoi Sueksa School, Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai Province. The overall current condition is at a high level when considering each side, it was found that the desirable characteristics that the level of problem conditions was at its peak and in terms of the academic achievement of learners, the problem level was at a high level. Sorted by the average from the highest to the lowest, Analysis according to the educational standards framework Level 1 Learner Quality in Basic Education.
