The purpose of this research is 1) to study the safety management of educational institutions at San Sai Luang School 2) to develop a guideline for safety management of educational institutions at San Sai Luang School. The population was 50 executives and educational personnel of San Sai Luang School. Tools used. namely, a 5-level evaluation scale questionnaire with a consistency index between 0.67-1.00. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results of the research were as follows: 1) Safety management conditions The overall operation was at a high level. The areas with the highest implementation were preventive measures, followed by suppression measures. operating at a high level and instillation measures, respectively, when considering each item preventive measures The most effective action is to define a safe area. And the lowest operation is the organization of communication channels for the safety of the school. Implantation measures with the highest operating Is to create awareness, awareness, awareness and understanding of safety for oneself, others and society. and has the lowest operating Is to organize activities to enhance skills, experience and safety performance for students. measures to suppress The highest action was to solve problems in case of safety incidents in educational institutions, and the lowest action was to organize activities to enhance skills, experience, and safety performance for students. 2) Safety management guidelines. protection measures 1. Organization of the environment and atmosphere of the educational institution Analyze the environment within the school. Appointing a community safety operation committee and affiliate networks 3. Organization of communication channels for school safety Determine the form of public relations communication that covers all 3 channels. Instilling measures Appointing a committee for organizing skill-building activities safety performance Provide instruction that integrates to build safety skills and competencies. measures to suppress Set up a structure for legal action within educational institutions and the referral system to be correct.
