POLICIES AND STRATEGIES FOR PARTICIPATING CREATIVE AREA DEVELOPMENT in THUNG KWAO SUBDISTRICT MUEANG PHARE DISTRICT, PHARE PROVINCE

Abstract

          The objectives of this research study are: 1. To study the problems and economic development of the community, Thung Kwao Subdistrict, Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province, 2. To develop policies and strategies for community economic development in Thung Kwao Subdistrict, Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province, 3. To propose policies and strategies to the community of Thung Kwao Subdistrict, Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province. That's the research. The format is qualitative research, which collects data by in-depth interview method. The 15 members include the mayor of the parish municipality, Kamnan, chieftains, entrepreneurs and citizens. Tools used include in-depth interviews, small group conversations, interviews, and group discussions.

         The results showed that:

          1. Analysis results Study the problems and economic development of Thung Kwao subdistrict, Muang Phrae district, Phrae province from SWOT analysis can be used to determine the direction of development issues. It was found that problems with community economic development include budget, economic conditions, and technology inputs. Lack of community cooperation

          2. Develop policies and strategies for community economic development of Thung Kwao Subdistrict, Mueang Phrae District, Phrae Province. The results showed that advancements and innovations in digital technology It affects changes in process patterns. The structure of economic and social activity is inevitable.

          3. Propose policies and strategies to the community of Thung Kwao Subdistrict, Mueang Phrae District, Phrae Province. According to the results of the presentation, the project must be in line with the real needs of the people in terms of economy, society and culture, with the objective of solving community problems or improving happiness and prosperity both economically and economically.
