POLITICAL LEADERSHIP OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATORS IN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT IN MAETANG SUBDICTRICT MUNICIPALITY MAETANG DICTRICT CHIANG MAI PROVINCE

This article has the following objectives: 1) to study the level of political leadership of local administrators in community development in Mae Taeng Sub-district Municipality, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province; community development in Mae Taeng Subdistrict Municipality, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province 3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions. Political Leadership of Local Administrators in Community Development in Mae Taeng Subdistrict Municipality, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province using a combined research method A quantitative survey research, the sample group was 357 people living in Mae Taeng Sub-district Municipality, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province, aged 18 years and over. The sample size was determined from the Taro Yamane formula. Percentage, mean, standard deviation and the Pearson correlation coefficient Qualitative research interviewed 9 key informants or people to analyze content and context. It is an essay accompanying the frequency distribution table of key informants supporting quantitative data. The results showed that

The level of political leadership of local administrators in community development in Mae Taeng Subdistrict Municipality, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province in all 4 aspects was at a high level (x̅=4.15, S.D.=0.34). 2. Political leadership of local administrators in community development in Mae Taeng Subdistrict Municipality, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province Overall, there was a positive relationship at a relatively high level (R=.777**). Local administrators in community development in Mae Taeng Subdistrict Municipality, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province. Be kind, good-hearted, generous. 3. Problems and obstacles include the expression of a clear vision in order to develop concrete policies. Enhance skills and knowledge in the organization for personnel. Suggestions include building confidence to create credibility in solving problems. Build relationships between executives, colleagues and the public.
