<p><strong>บทนำ</strong><strong>:</strong> งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการฟิตเนสบนเว็บสำหรับศูนย์ฟิตเนส SU.ED Center โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบ SU.ED FITNESS ซึ่งเป็นเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับบริหารจัดการข้อมูลสมาชิก ตารางกิจกรรม ข่าวสาร และการเข้าใช้งานฟิตเนสของมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร และ (2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อระบบ SU.ED FITNESS ที่พัฒนาขึ้น<br /><strong>วิธีดำเนินงานวิจัย</strong><strong>:</strong> การพัฒนาระบบใช้ Golang สำหรับเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ใช้ React สำหรับส่วนติดต่อผู้ใช้ และใช้ PostgreSQL เป็นฐานข้อมูล พร้อมจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมด้วย Docker การประเมินความสามารถในการใช้งานของระบบดำเนินการโดยเจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์ออกกำลังกายจำนวน 5 คน โดยอาศัยหลักการประเมิน 10 ข้อของ Nielsen และใช้แบบประเมินมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ <br /><strong>ผลการวิจัย: </strong>ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระบบช่วยลดภาระงานเจ้าหน้าที่ เพิ่มความสะดวกแก่ผู้ใช้งาน และสนับสนุนการนำข้อมูลไปวิเคราะห์เพื่อพัฒนาบริการในอนาคต นอกจากนี้ ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของเจ้าหน้าที่ฟิตเนสจำนวน 19 คน โดยใช้หลักการ Usability Heuristics ของ Nielsen พบว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจอยู่ระหว่าง 4.80–5.00 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด สะท้อนให้เห็นว่าระบบมีความสามารถในการใช้งานที่มีประสิทธิภาพและตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้ในยุคดิจิทัล</p>
