Innovative management is important for personal development, job development, and organizational efficiency. This is achieved by involving all personnel in analysis, problem-solving, and interdisciplinary work to increase efficiency. Additionally, it is necessary to support and promote the continuous development of personnel by providing training, job shadowing, project assignments, research, and innovation development, in line with the individual development plan (IDP) to drive the organization and connect all sectors to achieve objectives and goals. This aligns with the university's policy and strategy that emphasizes personnel development. Therefore, the university must support the budget and promote continuous personnel development through training, study tours, project assignments, research, and innovation development.</p> <p> The training of support staff members will improve their talents, enabling them to speak English for knowledge sharing and give advice and services to international students, encouraging successful communication. Creating cooperative networks at work falls under this category as well. The samples of this research were 400 random sampling. The study research instrument was a questionnaire of Department of Mental Health about evaluation emotional quotient for adult ages 18-60. Statistics for analyzing the data were frequency distribution and percentage. The research finding were as follows: 1. The students’ emotional quotient at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi as a whole and all the factors were at normal level. 2. The comparison of students’ emotional quotient at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi from different gender and programs as a whole and all the factors not different.</p> Nonglakshana Waiprom Pennapha Thongkham Wisut Srinual Natnakorn Kumfang Copyright (c) 2023 ARI Journal Thailand https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2024-01-27 2024-01-27 1 2 18 34 Web Application Saiboon https://so13.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/ari/article/view/27 <p> </p> <p>This research aimed to 1) to develop the SAIBOON web application, (2) to evaluate the quality of the SAIBOON web application by experts, and (3) to assess user satisfaction with the use of the SAIBOON web application. The sample group used in this research was divided into 2 groups which were 3 system development specialists (experts) by purposive sampling, and 210 users who like to make merit by donating money, got them by choosing according to convenience. The research tools included a checklist for evaluating the quality of web applications for experts, and a questionnaire on the satisfaction of the sample group with the developed web applications. Data analysis used mean, and standard deviation.</p> <p> The results of the research found that (1) the SAIBOON web application has a system operation divided into 3 parts according to user groups: administrators, general users, and member users. It is a system that can work on all platforms and on unlimited devices. It is convenient for those who like to make merit in the form of donations to be able to donate both money and things from anywhere, anytime, and can follow the donation process through the system at all times. (2) The results of the quality assessment of the SAIBOON web application by experts found that most of the system's functions are actually usable and efficient.
