THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPELLING AND WRITING OF FINAL SOUND GROUP BY USING EXERCISES FOR PRATHOM SUKSA 4 STUDENTS, KHAMTHIENG ANUSSORN SCHOOL

The objective of this research was to study the development of spelling and writing skills of final sound group by using exercises for Prathom Suksa 4 students at Kamthiang Anusorn School. The population used in the research was 120 Prathom Suksa 4 students of Kamthiang Anusorn School. The sample group used in this research were 30 Prathomsuksa 4/1 students of Kamthieng Anussorn School in academic year 2021, obtained by purposive sampling. The tools used in the research were 1) a set of writing and spelling exercises, 2) diphthong reading exercises, 3) the 8 learning management plans, and 4) a test to measure the achievement in writing and spelling before and after school, 20 items. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation. Statistical analysis (t-test Dependent) used to compare students’ pre-learning and post-learning scores.
The result of this research found that after using the spelling and writing skills of final sound group by using exercises for Prathom Suksa 4 students at Kamthiang Anusorn School was a significant increase at .05 level.
