The research was conducted in two phases. In the first phase, the study investigated the current practices of internal supervision using digital tools among school administrators in the academic year 2024. The sample consisted of 63 secondary school administrators selected through simple random sampling. The data collection instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed using mean (𝑥̅) and standard deviation (S.D). In the second phase, the study focused on formulating guidelines for developing internal supervision using digital technology. The key informants were three experts selected by purposive sampling. Data were gathered through interviews and analyzed using content analysis. The findings revealed that: 1. Among the various aspects, the highest mean score was in digital-based supervision planning (𝑥̅ = 4.24, S.D. = 0.70), followed by the assessment of the current situation, problems, and needs in internal supervision using digital tools (𝑥̅ = 4.27, S.D. = 0.73). The next was the implementation of internal supervision through digital innovations (𝑥̅ = 4.21, S.D. = 0.78), and the lowest was in evaluation and improvement of internal supervision using digital technology (𝑥̅ = 4.17, S.D. = 0.82). 2. The proposed guidelines for developing internal supervision in schools under the Phitsanulok-Uttaradit Secondary Educational Service Area suggest that effective online supervision systems should be goal-oriented, developmental, flexible, communicative, and supportive of teachers’ professional growth. Emphasis should be placed on building strong relationships among school administrators, supervisors, and teachers through inspirational communication and participatory approaches. The concept of “supervision for development” should be central—not only offering convenience and time efficiency, but also serving as a key mechanism to enhance educational quality. This approach promotes teacher well-being, motivation, and professional growth, with educational supervisors acting as academic leaders who listen, empower, and support teachers throughout every stage of educational change—ensuring that teachers feel genuinely supported, not inspected, thereby fostering positive energy in their work.</p> 2025-08-07T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Faculty of Education, Srinakharinwirot university https://so13.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JERf/article/view/2331 GUIDELINES FOR PROMOTING INNOVATIVE ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOLS UNDER PHICHIT SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2025-06-25T18:56:08+07:00 Panadda Aincho panaddayawipa@gmail.com Peerapa Kittisartra journal.edswu@gmail.com Phornnapa Prutcharoen journal.edswu@gmail.com Prathan Phalad journal.edswu@gmail.com Piyakan khuha journal.edswu@gmail.com Sathiraporn Chaowachai journal.edswu@gmail.com <p>This research aimed to 1) to study the level of innovative organization in schools under Phichit Secondary Educational Service Area Office and (2) to propose strategies for promoting schools under this office to become innovative organizations. The study employed an action research methodology consisting of four steps: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The participant was purposively selected and consisted of one 5-year-old female student who had been medically diagnosed with autism. She was enrolled in the preparatory level at the Koh Kha District Service Unit during the second semester of the 2024 academic year. The experiment was conducted over a period of four weeks, three days per week. The research instruments included: (1) Individualized Instruction Plan on wearing a t-shirt, (2) a behavioral observation form to assess self-dressing skills, and (3) visual aids and task analysis-based instructional images. Data were analyzed using basic statistical methods such as mean and qualitative analysis. The results revealed that the student with autism showed improved self-dressing abilities (putting on a t-shirt) after receiving instruction through behavioral teaching techniques. This suggests that behavioral teaching methods are effective in promoting self-help skills in dressing among children with autism.</p> 2025-08-16T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Faculty of Education, Srinakharinwirot university https://so13.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JERf/article/view/1736 THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR ACADEMIC SERVICE PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CENTER FOR LIFELONG LEARNING, FACULTY OF EDUCATION, SRINAKHARINWIROT UNIVERSITY 2025-05-22T18:35:42+07:00 Rachaya Makwat rachaya@g.swu.ac.th <p>The objective of developing the information system for managing academic service projects of the Lifelong Learning Education Development Center, Faculty of Education, Srinakharinwirot University, is to examine the current situation, problems, and system requirements.
